1 General Provisions & Definitions

The following terms used in this document shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the bat11 website (bat11.lat) and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Player" means any person who registers on this platform and uses its services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered in the user's name.
• "Bonus Funds" means money credited to a user's account under a promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to placing a bet to participate in a game or sporting event.

bat11 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at bat11, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You may only hold one account in your name.
• You are not prohibited from online gaming under the laws of any country.
• You agree to provide the necessary documents requested by bat11 to verify your identity.

If a person creates an account without meeting the above eligibility requirements, bat11 reserves the right to immediately close that account and void all funds.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When registering at bat11, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. bat11 will not be liable for any loss arising from sharing this information with a third party.

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately.
• bat11 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bat11 may request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify your identity at any time. KYC verification may be required to complete the withdrawal process. Payments may be held if verification documents are not submitted.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bat11 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

You confirm that the money you deposit comes from a legitimate source and that you are the true owner of those funds. Using the bat11 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bat11 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing any bonus funds.
• If bat11 suspects misuse of the bonus program, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• All promotional offers may have a specific expiry date, and bat11 may change or withdraw them at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

6.1 Fair Play

bat11 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment. All games on the platform are operated using software from certified technology providers, and all outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain an advantage in games using software, bots, or artificial methods.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household.
• Placing bets using a third party's account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or behaving improperly toward other users.

6.3 Technical Error Policy

Any results or bonuses displayed due to a technical error may be considered void. bat11 will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution in such situations.

7 Sports Betting Rules

bat11 offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football (FIFA and various other leagues), kabaddi, and other popular sports.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Placing a bet after an event has started may not be possible, depending on market availability.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn unless bat11 specifically provides that option.
• If any event is cancelled or suspended, the relevant markets will be settled in accordance with bat11's rules.

7.2 Market Settlement

Sports event results are verified from official and recognized sources before markets are settled. In the event of any dispute, bat11's decision shall be considered final.

8 VIP Program & Rewards

bat11 operates a five-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback and other benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Your VIP tier is determined based on the consistency and volume of your play. bat11 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming

bat11 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a source of enjoyment — never a cause of financial stress or mental distress.

• Players may request to activate deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion on their account.
• The option to temporarily suspend your account is also available if needed.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bat11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Failure to pass age verification.

In the event of account closure, legitimate funds will be returned after verification. Funds obtained through bonuses or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

The support team will review the issue and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. bat11's final decision shall be binding on all parties.

14 General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between bat11 and the user.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

If bat11 does not exercise any of its rights in a particular instance, this shall not be considered a waiver of that right for the future.

14.4 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
